The Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2024 would like to announce the starting regulations as follows:

Runners are required to start by their designated PEN marked by numbers from 1 to 5, based on their estimated finish time. Runners must enter the correct PEN number as that printed on their BIB at the Starting Line.

• •    Only the 42km event will have PEN E at the very front, reserved for Elite athletes, CEOs, and VIPs.
• •    For the 5km, 10km and 21km events; CEOs, VIPs and runners with outstanding results will be placed at the front of PEN 1
• •    Runners who did not register their results will be placed in the last PEN for their events.
• •    Runners must enter the correct PEN as indicated on their BIB
• •    Runners may not voluntarily erase or alter the PEN number printed on their BIB
• •    Runners must adhere to the organisers’ instructions on PEN entry, starting and other regulations.
