1.    PURPOSE:

The lucky draw program offers attractive prizes for athletes registered to participate in the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race, commemorating the 120th anniversary of Standard Chartered Bank's presence in Vietnam.

2.    ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION:

● All runners who own a BIB for the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2024 and are currently residing in Vietnam.
● By confirming participation in this program, runners also confirm their consent to receive information from Standard Chartered via phone or email.

3.    PRIZE STRUCTURE:

● Prize details: Gifts from sponsors.
● Number of prizes: 1 sports watch; 2 Xtep running shoes; 5 Standard Chartered International BIBs; 10 Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2024 BIBs; 10 Xtep running shirts, and other attractive gifts including: Standard Chartered cap, Standard Chartered umbrella, Standard Chartered water bottle, Standard Chartered tote bag; Starbalm cold gel; Uno face wash.

4.    PROGRAM FORMAT:

• ● Duration: From May 6, 2024, to May 31, 2024
• ● Process: 
  • o    The registration link for the program will be posted on the official Fanpage of the marathon and sent to runners via email at https://bit.ly/DKQTMM
  • o    Runners must visit the link to confirm participation and fill in the required personal information: BIB number; Full Name; Telephone number; ID number (CCCD/CMND), email, and province (HCM, HN, or other).
  • o    The organizing committee will conduct a lucky draw weekly over four weeks, selecting random prizes from the list for registered runners. There will be a total of four draws during the program period.
  • o    Note: 
    • •    The organizing committee will remove entries with inaccurate information from the lucky draw list.
    • •    Runners who have already won prizes in previous weeks are not eligible to participate in subsequent draws.
    • •    Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and will be awarded directly to the winning runners (non-transferable).
    •  •   In all cases, the decision of the organizing committee is final.

5.    PROCESS FOR RECEIVING PRIZES:

The list of prize recipients will be compiled by the organizing committee after each draw.

• ● For physical gifts: the organizing committee will send an email notification to the winners to request a delivery address. The prizes will be sent via postal service to the address provided by the customers within 30 days from the announcement date. If the prize cannot be delivered because the recipient cannot be contacted or the address is incorrect after three attempts, it will be considered that the winner has declined the prize.
• ● For BIB codes: the organizing committee will send them via email to the winners.

6.    REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• ● The organizing committee will collect personal information from participants in this program, including:
  • o    BIB number
  • o    Full name
  • o    Phone number
  • o    Email address
  • o    ID Number
  • o    Province: HCM/ HN/ other
• ● By participating in this program, participants also agree that their personal data will be used by the organizing committee for the following purposes:
  • o    Personal data used for this Program (identifying prize winners, contacting winners to award prizes, announcing the results on social media);
  • o    The Organizing Entity is authorized to share my Personal Data (including information about name, email address, phone number, residential address, ID/passport number, country of residence, nationality) with Standard Chartered Bank.
  • o    Standard Chartered Bank (not the Organizing Entity) will be responsible for the process of handling and using the Personal Data of participants. This data will be processed according to the regulations stated in Standard Chartered Bank's Personal Data Processing Notice (details here) to contact participants for advertising activities, introducing and selling services and products provided or distributed by the Bank, in accordance with legal regulations.
