In previous seasons, the sight of visually impaired athletes crossing the finish line in moments of overwhelming joy with the support of their guide runners became a source of inspiration for many members of the running community.
This year, the “Light Up the Race Course” initiative continues at the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon – Heritage Race, spreading meaningful humanitarian values as visually impaired athletes confidently conquer every kilometre with the guidance, encouragement, and steadfast support of their companions.
