In the event that two (02) or more teams record the same shortest total time, the team with the fastest individual runner completing the 10KM distance will be declared the Winning Team.
The decision of the Organiser in relation to the competition results and determination of the Winning Team shall be final and binding.
The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine and amend the format, structure or schedule of the Tournament based on the number of participating teams and actual circumstances.

Details of the prizes for the Tournament are set out in Appendix 2 to these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser has the right to announce the details of the prizes, the names of the winning teams and the Participants through various mass media channels, including but not limited to newspapers, television, social media, websites and other online platforms.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. If a Participant refuses to accept the prize, the Organiser shall be entitled to revoke or cancel such prize. The Winning Team shall not be permitted to replace any Participant for the First Prize.
All Participants of the Winning Team and the Winning Team itself must fully comply with the conditions of the First Prize (as set out in Appendix 2), these Terms and Conditions, and the policies and regulations of the Organiser (collectively referred to as the “Prize Conditions”).
If all Participants of the Winning Team are unable to receive the prize or fail to meet the Prize Conditions, the Organiser shall be entitled to revoke the title of “Winning Team” and the First Prize, and to award the same to the next best-placed team in the Tournament. No alternative prize shall be awarded to the original Winning Team in such circumstances.
If any Participant of the Winning Team is unable to receive the prize or fails to meet the Prize Conditions, the Organiser shall be entitled to withhold, revoke or cancel the prize of such Participant. Upon request by the Organiser, the prize-winning Participants shall promptly complete and submit to the Organiser all tax forms, certificates or authorisations required under applicable tax laws. Where required by law, the Organiser reserves the right to withhold and remit to the relevant tax authorities any taxes payable. Without prejudice to the foregoing, any stamp duties, taxes and penalties (if any) arising from the receipt of the prizes shall be borne by the prize-winning Participants. In addition to the foregoing, the prize-winning Participants shall remain fully responsible for any and all taxes, fees, charges and penalties arising from any failure to comply with their tax obligations in accordance with applicable laws, and the Organiser, sponsors, and any related parties shall bear no liability whatsoever in respect of such non-compliance.
- Compliance with the Organiser’s policies and regulations

The Organiser’s decision shall be final.
- Changes, cancellation and termination of the Tournament
The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, change any dates or schedules of the Tournament or amend any of these Terms and Conditions, provided that the relevant Participants are notified in advance.
The Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without stating any reason, to cancel or terminate the Tournament at any time.
In the event that the Organiser is prevented from commencing, continuing the Tournament or awarding the First Prize or any other prize as contemplated due to any Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemics, pandemic, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labour disputes or strikes, acts of God, equipment or satellite failures, riots or civil disturbances, terrorist threats or activities, war (declared or undeclared), any applicable laws, orders or regulations of any governmental authority, court orders, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then, subject to any governmental approvals that may be required, the Organiser shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Tournament, or the awarding of the First Prize or any other prize.
If the Tournament is cancelled or terminated before the race takes place, such that no Winning Team can be determined, neither the First Prize nor any other prizes shall be awarded.
